The Team Joanne Jefferson - Commercial Director Joanne has been involved with Envelopes Plus since it was formed in 1987 by her parents Anne and Mike Todd. Joanne looks after all commercial elements of the business ensuring customer requirements are achieved. She is responsible for sales & marketing, purchasing, production planning and human resources. Joanne is aided closely by Claire Adamthwaite. Claire Adamthwaite - Senior Account Handler/Administrator Claire joined the team in 2001 having numerous years experienced within the publishing sector. Claire takes care of customers needs on a day to day basis ensuring a smooth transition from enquiry through to order and finally delivery. Claire liaises with customers on a regular basis to ensure all their requirements are met and where possible exceeded. She works very closely with Joanne assisting with the purchasing, production planning and sales aspects of Envelopes Plus. Richard Todd - Production Director Richard, like Joanne, has been involved with Envelopes Plus since it was formed in 1987 by his parents Anne and Mike Todd. Richard ensures that all machinery is maintained to the highest standard resulting in maximum output and excellent quality. Richard also works along side Joanne and Claire in relation to production planning.
